Prior to joining PEMCO, George held business development positions with HEICO Aerospace and Aviation Sales, managing the purchase of Buyer Furnished Equipment (BFE) for new aircraft deliveries along with oversight of a variety of outsourced repair contracts with major OEM’s. George Fedeanis will oversee all commercial PEMCO business, from direction of all aspects of sales and marketing to business development related to PEMCO’s MRO and cargo conversion programs. In addition to his Directorship, Shane is also the FAA Accountable Manager for PEMCO. Since then he has progressively risen through various positions including Supervisor, Manager of the Northwest program for five (5) years, and most recently as the Vice President of Maintenance. Shane joined PEMCO in 1997 as an aircraft technician on the B727 conversion program. He received his A&P license in 1997 in Virginia Beach, Virginia. Marines in 1991 and served in Desert Shield and Desert Storm operations.
